Delivery & Returns

Our delivery schedule is

  • Printed certificates – within working 3 days
  • Crystal – within 5 working days
  • Pewter, House signs & Stainless Steel Tankards / Hipflasks – within 7 days
  • Hand painted products, embroideries & shields – within 6 to 8 weeks due to the products being custom made

We send the majority of our products via Royal Mail (2nd class recorded) or via Interparcel . We will use Royal Mail 1st class, International Signature or Special Delivery on request (additional charges apply).

Damaged Items

All our parcels are carefully packed by hand, and we go to great lengths to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it. Please contact us here.

Our Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we are here to put things right.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within fourteen days of delivery. When you send the item back, please package it securely as failure to do this might result in your refund being refused.

If you’re returning items because of damage, an error on our part or you’re not satisfied with the quality, in addition to a full refund, we will reimburse you for the cost of sending the items back. For your protection, we ask that you use a Recorded Delivery service when returning items because proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please note, in all other circumstances, you would be responsible for the costs of returning items.

To Return an Item

Should you need to return any goods, we will replace or refund the sale price and shipping as long as we are notified within 30 days of receipt and goods are returned unused, in original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable state. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 25 per cent of the original selling price.

There are currently no items that can’t be returned.

Return Charges and Other Services

If you are returning an item, whether it’s because of an error on our part, damage, or you’re simply not completely satisfied, we’ll refund all delivery charges incurred by you (both for the initial delivery and the cost of returning it. Please e-mail us here or contact us by phone on 07870169319
